This site has been developed especially for People who have Disabilities and their Families. Our firm provides clients with specialized Estate Planning, Financial Planning, and Benefits Planning Assistance to more favorably impact their lives and enhance their well being.

We also help clients apply for Social Security Disability benefits, understand Medicare and Medicaid, Resource limitations, Asset Protection, Special Needs Trust administration, and we are an approved Employment Network (EN) through the Social Security Administration's Ticket To Work program. Our office expanded our core services. We can now help retirees and pre-retirees understand When and How to Elect Social Security Retirement Benefits. This extended service is extremely important because a parent's Social Security retirement election can also impact your child's monthly disability income payment amount.
