Part-Time Position  
 
Opening for a part-time Office Coordinator.  25 hours weekly.  Hours are 9:15AM to 3:15PM, Monday thru Thursday, and 9:15AM to 12:15PM on Fridays.
 
Individual must have above average communication skills, be positive and eager to serve people with disabilities, yet assertive.  Candidate should have expernence with basic clerical responsibilities including phone, Fax, copier, excel, microsoft word, mail merge, sending letters, completing forms, setting appointments, contacting clients, following up with billing inquiries to clients, and more.  Individual must be organzied and responsible and able to assist Principal with his duties and responsibilities meeting the needs of our clients.  This can be fast pace.  

Individual will assist clients with Social Security disability application process.  Person should be capable of stopping one task and starting another as priorities change.      

Starting pay is negotiable based upon experience.  No benefits as this is part-time.
